I'm Emersyn, a hair colorist in Palm Harbor who geeks out over grow-out. My favorite part isn't seeing your hair when you leave my chair, it's when you come back weeks later and tell me you're still getting compliments. My goal is color so well-placed that it keeps looking it's best, no harsh lines, no constant upkeep, just hair that works.
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m probably thrifting, at a concert, or chilling with my cats and a good podcast.

Lived-in color means balayage and highlights designed to grow out beautifully and look effortless for months. Dimensional color means classic, bright highlights that add contrast and dimension for that fresh, just-left-the-salon look. Low maintenance doesn't mean boring, it means color so well crafted it looks incredible growing out.
I specialize in this because I live it. I love looking my best but I'm not about spending every few weeks in a salon chair when there's a whole life happening outside of it. I started building my business around color that works the same way I do, low effort, high impact, and still turning heads months later!

I have been going to Emersyn since before she opened August Studio. Boy am I glad she did because her skills have blossomed even more, which I didn’t think was possible because she was already so talented. She curates the experience to make you comfortable and dedicates her own time to continuous learning so that she can continue to excel in her work. Although I no longer live in Florida, I still travel back home to get my hair done because no one I’ve found matches Emersyn’s talent!
